Two members of the Ayrshire Food Network are holding a tutored tasting to introduce assembled palates to the happy marriage of Christmas pudding and dessert wines. Petrie Fine Foods will produce the puds while Corney and Barrow/Whighams of Ayr, Scotland’s longest established wine merchants will match them taste for taste with their dessert wines.
